	About the Author

		The author is a retired U. S. Army colonel. He was also an adjunct professor in the Graduate School for Communications, The American University, Washington, D. C., teaching marketing and campaign planning. He also consulted for the US Information Agency in Latvia and in Washington, D. C. Larry holds a B. A. in English from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; an M. A. in Religion and Art from the Divinity School of the University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois; and an M. A. in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan State University, Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
